What we collect
When you sign in with Apple we store the account identifier Apple gives us and, if you share it, your name and email. When you record, we store the audio, the time, and any titles, notes, lyrics or comments you add. We store the projects and sessions you create and who you invite to them.
How it is used
To run the app: play your recordings back on your devices, sync them between devices, and share them with the people you choose. We do not sell your data and we do not use your recordings to train models.
Where it lives
Audio is stored with Cloudflare R2. Account data, projects, sessions and notes are stored with Convex. Both are hosted in the United States.
Sharing
Only people you invite to a session or send a link to can hear a recording. Public profiles show only what you turn on.
Deleting
Deleting a recording removes the audio and its metadata. Deleting your account removes everything. Email support@wktp.app if you need help.
